The Kansas City Satellite Campus is an Non Residential extension of the Excelsior Springs Job Corps Center and serves students living in the Kansas City metropolitan area. The Center is located on Swope Parkway in the heart of Kansas City and serves 120 students. The Satellite campus offers the following training opportunities for students:

•	GED
•	High School diploma program for qualified students living in the Kansas City School District. Students older than 21 years of age to not qualify for high school program.
•	Business Office Technology
•	Health Occupations including Certified Nursing Assistant and Home Health Aide
•	College program-linked with the Kansas City Metropolitan Community Colleges. In order to apply for the college program, students must have their diploma or GED and complete a vocational trade.
•	Pharmacy Technician including State of Missouri Pharmacy Technician certification through partnership with Walgreen's.

Other information:

Training Schedule: Classes run Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Lunch is provided on campus.

Transportation: Transportation is not available, however,the campus is located on the Metro bus line. Bus passes are provided for students and reimbursement is available for gas if students choose to drive to campus.

Daycare: Students with young children will be required to have their children in daycare prior to acceptance into the program. On site daycare is not offered.
